Purpose of the Role

Lead the end-to-end UX and visual design of our treasury management platform. You will modernize the interface, build a scalable design system, and make complex financial workflows straightforward, intuitive, and visually engaging.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Define the UX/UI vision and experience strategy for a large enterprise platform.
n
Build and maintain a reusable design system (components, tokens, styles, motion).
n
Redesign information architecture, navigation, and workflows to reduce complexity.
n
Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma.
n
Work closely with Product and Engineering (Angular front-end teams) to deliver features.
n
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
n
Create prototypes and assets to support sales demos and GTM storytelling.
n
Drive design quality and maturity across teams through collaboration and governance.
n
n
Experience & Skills
n
n
6+ years' experience in UX/UI.
n




Strong background designing complex, data-heavy applications.
n
Proven experience creating and scaling design systems.
n
Expertise in IA, interaction design, and usability.
n
Advanced Figma skills (components, variants, tokens, prototyping).
n
Experience collaborating with large engineering teams.
n
Comfortable using research and analytics to inform design decisions.
n
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
n

Qualifications

Degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
n
Portfolio showcasing enterprise product design and design system.
