7+ years raising the value and visibility of PMOs in large tech environments.
n
Proven success standing up & managing PMOs for both traditional and agile programs.
n
Stakeholder-wrangling super-powers—boardroom to stand-up.
n
Experience across project-, program-, portfolio- and (bonus) EPMO-level governance.
n
