Act as single point of contact for the client for all Infrastructure requirements

Collate, consolidate and present reports on Tickets to the client

Qualifications
n
n
Around 12 years of domain experience in any three of the following domains (Windows, VMware, Citrix, Exchange, PRTG, ADFS, AD and Linux)
n
2 years of Project management experience is desirable
n
Experience in
Operations/Consulting
background
n
Business acumen and IT knowledge
n
Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving
n
Extensive knowledge in all facets of AD-related tasks and activities
n
Administering a Microsoft Windows **** and **** r2 active directory domain using standard Microsoft snap-ins
n
Understanding of FSMO Roles
n
ADFS and cloud integrations
n
Valuable knowledge on installing and managing Internal and External Certificates
n
Support o365
n
Creating objects in active directory
n
Managing share permissions
n
MS Exchange
n
Knowledge of Big Fix for rolling out patches to Windows servers
n
F5 Load Balancer support
n




Delegating active directory object permissions
n
Managing groups and permissions
n
Microsoft Distributed File System
n
Microsoft Distributed File System Replication
n
Microsoft File/Print services
n
Experience managing Active Directory-integrated DNS and DHCP solutions
n
Creating and managing group policies and troubleshooting
n
Active Directory Migration experience
n
Improve AD processes and automate repetitive tasks wherever feasible
n
Configuring and maintaining WSUS and/or SCCM server
n
Excellent writing skills with a proven background in writing documentation & presentations
n
Installation of ESX Servers, vCenter Server and vSphere Client
n
Extensive knowledge in advanced features of ESX VMOTION, SVMOTION, HA and DRS
n
Experience in P2V, V2V MIGRATION using VMware Converter and Provisioning VMs from templates and cloning
n
Worked on disaster recovery using SRM-Site recovery manager
n
Health Check for VMs and ESX host
n
Experience in enterprise level PKI administration
n
Experience in Enterprise level AD sites and service
administration/management
n
Experience AD trust relationship configuration and troubleshooting
n
Experience in LDAP configuration and troubleshooting
n
