Our client is a growing Sydney-based construction and project management company delivering high-end residential, duplex, and boutique commercial projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work and a focus on quality delivery, we are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team.

The Role
n
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
n
Ensure works are completed in line with programme, quality, and WHS requirements
n
Conduct site inspections and maintain strong attention to detail
n
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients throughout delivery
n
Drive site productivity while maintaining a positive team culture
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Manager within Bespoke Home projects
n




Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
n
Ability to manage trades, programmes, and quality outcomes effectively
n
Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
NSW White Card and relevant trade/building qualifications preferred
n
Experience delivering high-end homes, duplexes, or architectural projects highly regarded
n
