About The Rolen
n
Lead the development and implementation of strategies to manage school intake (catchment) area boundaries, monitoring student demand across NSW
n
Lead team management, coaching and professional development initiatives to build team capabilities and expertise
n
Develop and build collaborative relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to influence departmental school planning initiatives that optimise the utilisation of government assets.
n

Experience in developing solutions, leading the analysis of complex and sensitive qualitative and quantitative data with integrity
n
Demonstrated experience in leading or managing a team
n
Advanced communication skills to present and negotiate with stakeholders
n
Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
n
Essential Requirements Of The Rolen
n
Tertiary qualifications in urban planning, infrastructure planning, development or related sectors
n
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
n
