The Role

Architect, design and build solutions that solve real business pain points.
n
Collaborate with consultants and clients to translate needs into scalable systems.
n
Lead technical decisions and mentor junior developers on your team.
n
Transition into OutSystems development with full support and training.
n




Create and maintain solution architecture and other related technical documents.
n
Act as a trusted advisor, leading workshops and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
n
Drive innovation by introducing new ideas, frameworks, and technologies that elevate client capabilities.
n
Collaborate with DB Results' R&D; team to create innovative reusable industry solutions and accelerators.
n
n
Who You Are
n
n
Solid professional full stack development experience building enterprise digital applications.
n
Background with one or more technologies: .Net, C#/ASP.Net, PHP, Java, NodeJS, Angular, React.
n
Experience with front-end technologies, SQL knowledge and experience with Oracle or MS SQL.
n
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
n
Passionate about solving business problems through technology.
n
A lateral thinker who challenges assumptions and proposes better ways.
n
A big-picture thinker who can connect dots across technology, business, and strategy.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n




Previous leadership experience will be highly regarded.
n
Ability to design end-to-end solutions and manage technical risks whilst being technology agnostic.
n
No OutSystems experience? No problem. You're hungry to learn and lead in a new space.
n
You must have Australian Citizenship or PR and willing to undergo a police check.
