About the Role

You will be joining a high-performing Corporate Tax team that provides tailored advice and insights across all aspects of corporate taxation. Working within a fast-growing, successful team, your technical expertise and commitment to excellence will be highly valued.
n
The team specialises in helping clients manage complex tax challenges including tax audits, international tax issues, corporate governance obligations, and mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Manage client engagements encompassing relationship management, tax compliance and advisory, with focus on:
n
M&A; transactions
n
IPO transactions
n
Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying growth opportunities
n




Support continuous improvement in tax compliance and process-based activities
n
Coach, support and develop team members
n
n
Required Skills and Experience
n
n
University degree in
Accounting/Finance,
Business/Commerce, Legal or related discipline
n
CA/CPA, CTA or other relevant industry accreditation(s)
n
Demonstrated experience and technical expertise in corporate tax and advisory (ideally in a public practice environment)
n
Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services
n
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
n
Previous experience in leading, coaching and mentoring team members
n
9-day fortnight with no salary reduction
