Your current role. You will take ownership of end-to-end People & Culture across a workforce of 85+ employees, spanning across multiple network operations. The function is being rebuilt, giving you the chance to shape processes, influence culture, and drive outcomes.

As a pivotal member of their team, you will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Key responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end recruitment across a growing headcount
n
Partner with leaders to support performance management and development
n
Design and implement employee wellbeing programs
n
Lead training needs analysis and coordinate learning initiatives
n




Maintain and optimise HR systems, including BambooHR
n
Provide day-to-day P&C; advice across a diverse workforce
n
Support a business undergoing structural and operational change
n
n
What you will need to succeed
n
n
Strong generalist HR or P&C; experience with hands-on delivery
n
Proven end-to-end recruitment capability in fast-paced environments
n
Confident stakeholder engagement across leadership and site teams
n
Experience in construction or childcare is highly regarded
n
Ability to work on-site and stay connected to operations
n
A team-first mindset with a practical, adaptable approach
n
