Build Australia's premier private capital investor network, enabling Sharewise Capital to execute a significantly larger volume of ECM and M&A; transactions through a deep, engaged and growing base of wholesale and sophisticated investors.

The successful candidate will own investor acquisition, investor relationships and capital distribution, becoming the face of the Sharewise Capital Network.

Key Responsibilities
n
Investor Acquisition
n
n
Build a database of more than 1,000 recent wholesale and sophisticated investors.
n
Develop relationships with family offices, business owners and HNW investors.
n
Recruit investors through referrals, events and strategic partnerships.
n
n
Investor Relationships
n
n
Become the trusted relationship manager for key investors.
n
Understand each investor's preferred sectors, typical cheque size and investment objectives.
n




Maintain regular communication through meetings, calls and exclusive events.
n
n
Investor Distribution
n
n
Lead investor distribution across IPOs, placements and private capital raises.
n
Work closely with the ECM team to maximise investor participation and book quality.
n
Ensure investors receive timely, accurate and compliant communications.
n
Develop and maintain a highly engaged investor community capable of supporting future transactions.
n

Sharewise Capital Network

Build and grow the Sharewise Capital Network by hosting premium investor events.
n
Managing CEO roadshows.

Developing exclusive investor experiences.
n
Creating Australia's leading independent investment community.
n

Strategic Partnerships

Develop referral relationships with accounting firms.

Private banks.
n
Family office advisers.
n
Industry associations.

Experience Required
n
