Job Description
We're looking for a commercially minded, relationship-focused Territory Manager to take ownership of a well-established Gippsland territory and help drive growth across some of Australia's most loved brands.

This is a role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, building genuine customer relationships and influencing outcomes that drive sales performance. You'll work closely with retailers across your territory, lead a small merchandiser team and play a key role in bringing new products, promotions and category opportunities to life in store.

The opportunity

The Gippsland territory is a critical part of our Victorian field sales network and offers the chance to work across a diverse customer base while representing a portfolio of market-leading brands.

Reporting to the Zone Manager, you'llbe responsible to deliver sales growth through strong execution of commercial plans, categorysellingand customer engagement.You'llalso lead a team of merchandisers, ensuring our brands consistently show up at their best in store.

What you'll lead
n
You'll take ownership for:
n
Driving sales growth and execution across your territory.
n
Building strong relationships with store managers and key decision-makers.
n
Securing ranging, displaysand promotional support across our portfolio.
n
Selling new product launches using category and shopper insights.
n
Influencing share of shelf, front of store and off-location opportunities.
n
Leading, coaching and supporting a team of merchandisers.
n
Managing merchandising resources and budgets effectively.
n
Delivering exceptional in-store execution and compliance standards.
n
What success looks like
n
In your first 12 months, you'llhave built trusted relationships across your customer base and become a valued partner to retailers throughout the region.

You'llbe known for delivering strong execution, securing
additionalopportunities
instoreand finding ways to drive growth across your territory. Your merchandiser team will feel supported, motivatedand clear on expectations.

About you
n
You're likely coming from an FMCG field sales, Territory Manager, Account Executive or customer-facing commercial role and enjoy working in an environment where no two days are the same.
n
You'll bring:
n
FMCG sales experience, ideally within grocery or route sales.
n
A proventrack recordof delivering results and achieving sales targets.
n
Strong relationship-building and influencing capability.
n
The ability to coach, motivate and lead others.
n
Commercial acumen and a customer-first mindset.
n
Solid
organisation,planningand
prioritisation skills.
n
A valid driver's licence.
n
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Marketing (desirable).
n
You're someone who enjoys being accountable for outcomes, spotting opportunities others might miss and building long-term partnerships that deliver results.
