Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its growing Valuations team in Sydney.

This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing professional with an audit, corporate finance, transaction services, or valuation background to build specialist experience within a collaborative advisory practice.
n
You'll support the delivery of independent business valuations, financial modelling, and advisory work across a variety of client needs, including M&A;, financial reporting, tax, disputes, and strategic decision‐making.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Preparing business valuation analyses, financial models, and client deliverables
n
Analysing financial information, market data, industry trends, and comparable companies
n
Supporting senior team members across a wide-ranging portfolio of valuation engagements
n




Building trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
n
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
CA/CPA qualification, or progress toward completion
n
Experience in audit, corporate finance, deals, transaction services, consulting, or valuations
n
Strong financial analysis and Excel/modelling capability
n
Clear communication skills and excellent attention to detail
n
A genuine interest in valuation and commercial advisory work
n
n
