Demonstrated ability to deliver Gen AI solutions, into an enterprise scale production environments, with a focus on application security and observability.
n
Experience building and deploying enterprise grade agent‐based architectures and multi‐agent orchestration.
n

Skills:

Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with full‐stack development, ensuring quality with automated unit and regression testing.
n




Considerable hands‐on experience with the following AI "tech stack".

n
Deep understanding of foundational AI models, prompt engineering, and fine‐tuning techniques.

Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and ethical AI frameworks, and the development and implementation of security guardrails.
n
Experience delivering software solutions in a banking environment.
n
Experience in fraud detection, customer personalisation, or conversational AI is a plus.
n
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
