Responsibilities

Assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, hotels, cruises, and tours

Provide personalized travel recommendations based on client preferences and budget

Research destinations, accommodations, and activities to ensure quality travel experiences

Maintain accurate records of client bookings and payments

Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the travel process

Stay up to date on travel trends, policies,
and industry updates

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (associates or bachelors degree a plus)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
