The Role
n
Based at our Alanvale campus in Launceston, you will be the driving force behind training the next generation of automotive students to provide the best industry training on offer.
n
On any given day, your duties will include:
n
n
Drive, design and deliver training that ignites passion in future automotive champions
n
Shift into excellence, keeping training aligned to learner and industry needs
n
Fuel student success, inspire and support them from campus to career
n




Tuned admin and digital skills that help keep records accurate and updated
n
n
What you bring:
n
n
Automotive qualification and current industry experience is essential
n
Air conditioning and electric vehicle experience is desirable
n
Experience as a mentor or trainer is desirable
n
Ability to turn complex concepts into practical, hands-on lessons.
n
Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues and industry stakeholders.
n
n
A current Working with Vulnerable People registration is required, or the ability to obtain prior to commencement.
n
