Legal Counsel – APAC | Global Professional Services Organisation
n
Our client is a global advisory and sustainability-focused organisation seeking a Legal Counsel to support its growing regional operations. With 125+ offices and 5,000+ employees worldwide, the business is expanding rapidly across Asia‐Pacific, strengthening its legal function following recent acquisitions.
n
You'll support the APAC region across commercial, corporate, compliance, and M&A; matters, working closely with the Head of Legal – APAC to ensure risk is well managed and the business remains legally compliant as it grows.

Role and Responsibilities
n
n
Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, NDAs, data protection agreements, and purchasing/ client contracts.
n
Support bids and tenders, oversee template updates, liaise with insurers, and coordinate litigation reporting.
n
Handle corporate governance and transactional matters, including board/shareholder resolutions, corporate records, reorganisations, integrations,
due diligence, and post‐acquisition documentation.
n
Lead compliance and operational support, including policy updates, training, contract risk review using AI tools, and assisting with IP, employment issues, and legal tech development.
n

Ideal profile
n
n
Strong drafting and negotiation abilities with solid experience in commercial and/or corporate law.
n
Pragmatic, efficient, and collaborative working style with a "can‐do" mindset.
n
Fluent in English with 5+ PQE preferred, and beneficial exposure to international/APAC work.
n
In‐house experience advantageous, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‐paced, global environment.
