ServiceNow Technical Consultant | 6-Month Contract

Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide or Brisbane preferred (Remote considered)

Contract: Initial 6-month contract

We're partnering with a leading organisation seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join a high-performing team delivering ServiceNow solutions across a range of business-critical initiatives.
n
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‐on ServiceNow development experience who enjoys working closely with stakeholders to design, configure, and enhance platform capabilities.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Configure and customise ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, HRSD and related applications
n
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations
n
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
n
Perform system testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and defect resolution
n
Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards
n
Collaborate with architects, consultants, business stakeholders,



and project delivery teams
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience working with the ServiceNow platform
n
Strong understanding of ServiceNow configuration and customisation
n
Exposure to ITIL processes and service management frameworks (preferred)
n
Strong problem‐solving skills and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
n
Ability to work independently within a collaborative project environment
n
