Job Description
Position:
n
Reporting to the Executive General Manager and leading a nationally disbursed team of five direct reports, you will have full responsibility for all functions of the Cooling Division operations in Australia, as well as supporting H-E Part's ambitious global expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Full responsibility for all aspects of the Australian Cooling Division and supporting regional General Managers to grow the product line internationally.
n
Delivering financial returns within a framework of corporate policies ensuring zero harm to employees, stakeholders, community, and the environment.
n
Strategic and operational planning.
n
Key account stakeholder management.
n
Quality assurance.
n
Setting targets and KPIs for the division and implementing strategies to achieve them.
n
Recommending acquisition targets and growth strategies to senior leadership.
n
n
About You:
n
n
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Manager in mining, engineering, or equipment environment.
n
Exposure to and demonstrated understanding of the commercial complexities of managing a mixed mode manufacturing and servicing business.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance, Engineering,



or a related discipline.
n
Robust HSE credentials.
n
Strong commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to review complex contractual documents.
n
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a multi-disciplined, geographically disbursed team.
n
