We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our dynamic team at our brand new Hoppers Crossing showroom featuring the new Subaru global corporate identity. As a team member at Inchcape Automotive Retail, you will proudly representing our OEM Partner Subaru.

What you'll do
n
n
Partner with both in‐store and online teams to provide Finance & Insurance support and manage escalated cases.
n
Liaise with credit analysts to meet application requirements and improve approval outcomes.
n
Ensure accuracy in finance submissions, logs, and forecasting.
n
Sell bundled products such as service plans and ensure they are correctly included in contracts.
n
Manage end‐to‐end commercial applications and support customers from the Business Development Centre.
n
Follow up on cash deals to maximise F&I; opportunities while maintaining compliance with FSRA, privacy and legal standards.

About you
n
n
Previous experience in financial services, with accreditation by relevant financiers and exposure to the automotive industry (F&I;)



considered desirable.
n
Proven ability to thrive under pressure in fast‐paced environments, with strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with confidence using MS Office and digital platforms.
n
Customer‐focused approach with adaptability to diverse needs and situations.
