The role:
n
This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business.
n
You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments.
n
High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority
n
You will need experience with:
n
n
Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology
n
Hands on support with meeting rooms
n




Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems
n
Strong communication and stake holder management skills
n
Nice to have but not essential - experience with vendor technology Cisco, Crestron, QSC, Biamp etc.
n
