Auto Electricians - Mobile Mining Equipment

Weekly Pay – FIFO from Perth only

$************* per hour flat rate, 12hr days with paid breaks

Location: Pilbara, WA - Roster 2:1

Casual & ongoing work guaranteed until at least March ****

Our client is a well established company who is Western Australian owned and operated, a leading provider of heavy diesel mechanical services to the mining industry.
n
As an Auto Electrician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing electrical systems across a fleet of heavy mobile mining equipment. Duties will vary from servicing and wiring repairs to preventative maintenance and breakdown support on ****** tonne mobile mining equipment.

The Role:
n
n
Rotation: 2 weeks days ($*****), R&R;, then 2 weeks nights ($*****)
n
Conduct scheduled and breakdown maintenance on heavy mobile equipment
n

The Requirements:
n
n
Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology
n
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience
n
Extensive knowledge and experience in heavy mobile mining equipment servicing, repairs and maintenance
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
n
Commitment to secure work practices
n
Clean shaven (must be able to pass mask fit testing)
n
National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
n
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
n
Must be fully qualified and based locally with full Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
