Thursday Island Hospital is seeking an experienced Clinical Midwife for a locum placement (CM CORE) in a remote maternity service. Dates span 2/8/26 to 4/10/26, with a role that covers full scope maternity care and emergency obstetric/neonatal response in a remote setting.

The successful candidate will bring minimum 3 years of midwifery experience, ALS, FSEP, CTG competency, advanced neonatal resuscitation, and MEP Advanced (or equivalent).
