Due to continued growth and a healthy pipeline of secured projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Your new role
n
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction projects from pre-construction through to completion. Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, you will take ownership of project performance across safety, programme, budget and quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities include

Managing projects valued from $3M+
n
End-to-end project delivery and planning
n
Financial management, budgeting and forecasting
n
Contract administration and compliance
n
Client and stakeholder management
n




Procurement and subcontractor management
n
Programme development and project reporting
n
Leading project teams and coordinating site delivery
n
Managing project quality, safety and risk outcomes
n
n
What you'll need to succeed
n
n
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
n
Experience delivering projects valued above $3M
n
Exposure across new build, refurbishment and fit-out projects
n
Strong commercial and financial management skills
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
n
Experience working for a head contractor environment
n
Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Building, Engineering or a related discipline
n
