Minor Hotels' Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a Business Development Manager - MICE to grow corporate and group business in the Hunter Valley. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue across meetings, incentives, conferences and events.

You will lead prospecting, proposals and contract negotiations, while collaborating with Operations, Front Office, Reservations and Revenue to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
