At Eureka Villages, we're looking for a Compliance & Facilities Coordinator to join our People, Culture & Safety team and support the maintenance and compliance of our growing national portfolio.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in facilities, maintenance coordination, property administration or compliance who enjoys variety and making a real impact.

What's the role?
n
No two days are the same.
n
You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractor documentation, maintain compliance records and support operational teams across Australia.
n




Your Responsibilities Will Include
n
n
Coordinating preventative, reactive and scheduled maintenance across our villages
n
Raising work orders and coordinating contractors
n
Managing contractor licences, insurances and compliance documentation
n
Maintaining compliance registers, records and audit-ready documentation
n
Supporting fire safety inspections, essential services and statutory compliance activities
n
Raising purchase orders and assisting with procurement administration
n
Preparing maintenance, contractor and compliance reports
n
Providing day-to-day support to Village Managers and the Safety & Compliance team
n
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and workflows
n

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities.
n
You'll Ideally Have
n
n
Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance administration, property or compliance
n
Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
n
Experience coordinating contractors and maintenance activities
n
Confidence working with documentation, reporting and multiple systems
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
The ability to prioritise competing tasks and work independently
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
n
Experience in facilities management, property, construction, residential or multi-site environments will be highly regarded, as will knowledge of WHS, fire safety or compliance requirements.
