The Opportunity
n
We're hiring a State Director (Victoria) to take ownership of revenue growth across our apartment and townhouse developer clients.
n
You will work directly with:
n
n
Tier 1 & 2 property developers
n
Project marketers
n
n
...to help them generate more qualified buyers, improve conversion rates, and ultimately sell projects faster.
n
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role, with direct exposure to leadership and the ability to shape how the Victorian market evolves.
n
What You'll Actually Do
n
Own our customer relationships and revenue growth in Victoria
n
n
Build and convert a pipeline of apartment developers and project marketers
n
Win new business across key Melbourne and Victorian growth corridors
n
Hit and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
n
Work strategically with developers, media agencies and project marketers to optimise campaign performance and really deliver on their commercial targets
n
n




Grow Existing Accounts (Where the real money is)
n
Increase revenue per client by expanding adoption and importantly, their ROI of:
n
n
Content & media
n
AI-driven products (Conversion Assist AI)
n
n
Sell Strategically (Not Transactionally)
n
n
Work with marketing and sales teams to improve project outcomes, not just push product
n
Leverage Apartments.com.au capabilities to drive a solid return on investment for our partners
n
Shift conversations from "leads" → "marketing and sales outcomes"
n
n
Be in Market
n
n
Meet clients face-to-face regularly (display suites, offices, site visits)
n
Build (or expand on) deep relationships with decision makers
n
Understand developer pipelines and upcoming projects
n
n
Shape the Product & Strategy
n
n
Feed insights from the market back into product and leadership teams
n
Identify new monetisation opportunities
n
Help us stay ahead of competitors in a rapidly changing market
n
n
What Success Looks Like

In your first 6–12 months:

You've built a strong, repeatable pipeline in Victoria
n
You're closing and expanding key developer accounts
n




You've increased average revenue per client through multi-product adoption
n
Apartments.com.au is a default channel for leading developers in your market
n

Who This Is For

You likely have:

5+ years in B2B sales (media, SaaS, marketplace or property preferred)

A track record of:
