Lead a Modern Brisbane Venue with Endless Chance located just minutes from the Brisbane CBD, Crown Hotel Lutwyche is a modern, community‐focused venue offering a premium food and beverage experience alongside gaming, live sport and a welcoming atmosphere.

We're looking for an ambitious Venue Manager to lead the team, drive performance, and continue building on the venue's success.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and developing a high‐performing team.
n
Driving exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
n
Managing venue performance, labour, costs and financial outcomes.
n
Building a positive team culture focused on accountability and collaboration.
n
Driving business growth through strong commercial decision‐making.
n
Ensuring compliance with company policies and licensing requirements.
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
2+ years' experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior operational hospitality leadership role.
n
A genuine team player who leads by example.
n
Strong financial and commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and venue performance.
n




A passion for developing people and building high‐performing teams.
n
An ambitious leader looking to grow their career within a large hospitality group.
