We're building a high-performing sales team and are looking for driven Account Executives who enjoy hunting for new business and closing deals.
n
The Role
n
This is a hands-on new business role focused on outbound prospecting, booking appointments, and closing sales with small to medium businesses.
n
You'll be supported with training, systems, and marketing — but success in this role comes down to your activity, attitude, and consistency.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Prospect and generate new business through outbound calling and follow-up
n
Identify and engage decision-makers within small to medium businesses
n
Book and conduct sales appointments via phone, video, and face-to-face
n
Manage leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline
n
Maintain accurate CRM records
n
Work towards and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Minimum 2+ years sales experience (B2B or B2C)
n




Experience with cold calling and lead generation
n
Motivation to work in a target-driven environment
n
Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners
n
Good organisation and time management
n
Understanding of how small businesses operate (preferred, not essential)
n
