AboutourRole
n
Join the Barminco team as a GraderOperator and play a key role in our underground miningoperations withopportunities available at multiple sites throughout Western Australia. You will contribute to safe, efficient underground production using state‐of‐the‐art
equipmenttomaintainsafe,
well-drained haul roads and working areas.

Whatwillyour day to day look like?
n
n
Operate an underground grader to maintain safe, smooth, and well-drained haul roads .
n
Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment .
n
Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards .
n
Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation, and site procedures .
n
Support efficient traffic flow and protected underground operations .
n
n
Our ideal candidate background includes
n
n




Previousexperience as aGraderOperator in undergroundmining.
n
Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
n
Valid HR Driver's Licence and relevant mining certifications.
n
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailedmineplans.
n
