The Company
n
Locally owned and managed accounting firm located in Wembley with a solid SMSF client portfolio and seeking the services of a suitably experienced and qualified Manager, or Senior/Supervisor keen to step up. The company has an excellent office space that will provide all staff a professional workplace and collaborative, supportive culture.
n
The Role
n
The role is a Manager level position looking after all aspects of managing a portfolio of SMSF funds. Ideally seeking someone that is looking to continue their career within the SMSF space that is ever-evolving.
n
Responsibilities include:
n
n
SMSF Administration and Compliance of funds
n
Understanding of the new super changes/rules
n
Opportunities to work on tax and business services across companies
n
Excellent written and oral communication skills
n
Ability to work unsupervised
n
Team player
n
Experience managing and working closely with clients and meeting their expectations
n
Overseeing work produced by trained and experienced staff members
n
n
Your Profile
n
n
8+ years' experience in SMSF accounting in Australia dealing with a large number of clients and advanced complexity of funds.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication.
n
Strong professional presentation towards clients and colleagues, able to build and maintain client relationships.
n
n

n
Flex time (both for start and finish)



just need to be in the office for core hours (which is 10am – 3pm) and balance of hours either in office or WFH
n
Standard week is 36.5 hours (4pm finish Friday)

n
