Responsibilities

Collaborate with team and clients to develop and deliver tailored restructuring and insolvency strategies across a range of industries.
n
Manage teams across multiple workstreams.
n
Mentor junior staff with an emphasis on knowledge sharing.
n
Analyze financial information, identify issues, and prepare recommendations for clients.
n
Assist clients to evaluate and understand the performance and position of their business.
n
Proactively create and implement solutions (selling assets, reorganizing capital structures, trading on businesses) to meet diverse challenges.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Professionally Qualified (Chartered Accountant or Certified Practicing Accountant) with 4 to 6 years' experience in restructuring, consulting, audit or professional services.
n
Experience in restructuring and insolvency with a desire to focus skillset in this area.
n
Curiosity, empathy, integrity and strong interpersonal qualities.
n
Desire to work collaboratively and contribute in a team environment.
n
Excellent analytical skills supported by advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel (or willingness to learn).
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills that enable interaction with clients at all levels up to C-suite.
n
Structured problem‐solving skills.
n
Organisation and project management skills with ability to manage clients and project teams to influence change.
n
Hands‐on experience working in a fast‐paced and quickly changing environment.
n
Commercial awareness with strong business acumen and advanced emotional intelligence.
