Location: Hybrid (Charlotte, NC – within ~30 miles)

Schedule: 3 days/week in office

Travel: Some site travel required; personal vehicle use with mileage reimbursement

Overview:
n
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager I (Enablement) to support the activation of IVVC functionality. This role will assist the lead Enablement PM in scheduling, tracking, and reporting program progress, while also facilitating stakeholder updates and team coordination.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Support the lead Enablement PM in managing IVVC activation efforts
n
Schedule and track project milestones and deliverables
n
Prepare and deliver progress reports to key stakeholders
n
Facilitate regular update meetings with cross-functional teams
n




Maintain documentation and ensure project alignment with goals
n
Collaborate with broader project teams to ensure successful execution
n
n
Must Haves
n
n
Minimum 2–3 years of project-related experience
n
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
n
Must reside within ~30 miles of Charlotte, NC
n
n
Plusses
n
n
Experience with JIRA preferred
n
PMI Certification (PMP or CAPM), CMII certificates, or PE license a plus
n
Experience in the utility industry or construction management
n
Familiarity with project scheduling and cost control practices
n
Technical certifications or training relevant to the utility sector
n
