About the job Senior Agile Project Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

Provide direction and leadership for the Project.
n
Align the project with the goals and objectives of the business.
n
Conduct project planning and identify milestones.
n
Define an appropriately detailed integrated project plan for cost, time and quality for the agreed scope.
n
Define and manage dependencies of the project with other on-going initiatives.
n
Monitor milestones and evaluates progress.
n
Identify variances in project progress and take corrective actions.
n
Assure proper co-ordination of all line and staff elements to make the project a success.
n
Assess and report project status, e.g. cost, schedule, quality and risks, to the business initiative manager and senior management.
n
Manage project risks as per the Risk Management processes specified within PMP.
n
Ensure knowledge dissemination among team members and contribution from the project to organisational knowledge management system.
n




Accountable for achieving the objectives of the project as defined and agreed to in the Project Management Plan.
n
Review status regularly and recommend corrective actions (for risks, issues, deviations).
n
Perform Delivery Completion Review at the end of the project with the Project Manager and Project Owner.
n
If specified, ensure the Requirements Traceability Matrix is maintained.
n
n
Adhere to all PMO Norms
n
Qualifications
n
n
Minimum 5 years of recent relevant experience leading and managing complex projects with multiple dependencies end to end.
n
Prince2, PMBoK, Agile or other recognised Project Management certification.
n
High degree of stakeholder management experience Executive Level reporting and Communication Skills and experience.
n
Knowledge and use of Agile delivery methods and tools (i.e., JIRA and Confluence).
