Job Description of Service now Architect for Sydney:

Expertise in implementing ITSM Suite (Incident, Change, Release, Problem), Service Catalog, Service Portal.
n

Expertise in customizing service now tool using Business rules, Clients Scripts, Script includes
n
Strong experience in implementing custom
dashboards/integrating
reporting tools and CRM apps
n
Experience in implementing discovery, service mapping suite.
n
Experience in integrating third party applications using REST/SOAP methodologies
n
Positive background knowledge of hosting services (both cloud and on-perm)
n
Clear concepts of compute workloads in physical, virtual and cloud environment
n
Some knowledge of Unix based Operating System and monitoring tools.
n
Good background knowledge of data networks (LAN, WAN, routing, switching and interconnects). Also, TCP/IP model and network layer.
