The Role
n
As a Full-Time Chef, you will play a key role in our daily operations, ensuring every dish meets the high standards our guests expect. Your day-to-day will include:

Service & Cooking: Executing high-quality meals efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.
n
Food Prep: Managing your section, prepping fresh ingredients, and highlighting the finest local produce.
n
Kitchen Maintenance: Maintaining strict food safety, hygiene,



and organizational standards.
n
Collaboration: Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth, successful service.
n

What We're Looking For

Experience: Proven experience working as a chef in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen.
n
Passion & Skill: Excellent attention to detail, strong knife skills, and a genuine love for quality pub food.
n
Reliability & Attitude: You show up on time, bring a positive attitude, and thrive under pressure.
n
Communication: Robust organizational skills and the ability to work cohesively within a team.
n
Availability: Flexibility to work a standard full-time roster, including weekends.
n
