Greencross Vet Hospital in Bayside, VIC is seeking an experienced ECC Clinical Nurse Leader for a 6-month full time fixed-term secondment. This role focuses on coaching nurses, developing others and sustaining high clinical standards across emergency and critical care.

You'll lead through influence, support onboarding, and drive continuous improvement while spending most time on the floor supervising clinical activity and coordinating workload with ECC, Surgery and Medicine teams.
