A well-regarded national mid-tier accounting firm is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager or Associate Director to join its Melbourne office.

This is a visible leadership role within a growing audit team, working closely with senior partners and contributing to the ongoing strengthening of the client base and team structure.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Audit Partners, you will:
n

Manage a portfolio of mid-market audit clients
n
Operate within a pooled partner structure (exposure across multiple partners)
n
Lead and review the work of 4–5 staff, including offshore team members
n
Oversee workflow, quality and client delivery
n
Support team development and client engagement
n
n
About You
n
n
8+ years' external audit experience
n
Currently at Manager,



Senior Manager or Associate Director level
n
Background in mid-tier, Top 10 or similar professional services firm
n
Strong review capability and team leadership skills
n
Comfortable managing varied portfolios and improving processes
n
Exposure to offshore team management advantageous
n
n
