As a result of an exciting growth opportunity in the company, we are seeking a Project Manager for large loss insurance to join our dynamic team.
n
About the Role
n
As a Project Manager at ABC Group, you will manage a portfolio of residential building repair projects across Queensland and South Australia. You will have proven project and people management skills with a track record of delivering multiple residential projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
n
Your day-to-day duties will include (but not limited to):
n
n
Coordination and delivery of complex, multi-trade projects whilst maintaining excellent customer service
n
Liaising with our extensive sub-contractor trade base and your project team to allocate and schedule works throughout your repair portfolio
n
Providing timely updates to insurance companies, homeowners and internal stakeholders
n
Managing and coordinating your project team, fostering growth and development
n
Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest possible quality within budget and safety standard
n

To ensure your success you will possess the following:
n
n
Highly experienced scheduling projects within the construction industry.
n
Previous experience in project managing multi-trade construction sites.
n
Robust leadership skills with proven ability in overseeing and directing the work of others in multiple locations.
n
High attention to detail, with previous experience in quality control, highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication with strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
n
Sound computer literacy (previous experience using estimating / project management software is a bonus!)
n
Strong understanding of building regulations, codes and OHS standards.
n
