The Opportunity

ROUSSOS is partnering with an emerging South Australian commercial builder specialising in high-end commercial, multi-storey residential, industrial and mixed-use developments. Built on solid relationships, collaboration, and quality delivery, they continue to establish themselves in the Adelaide construction market.

With a growing pipeline of work and ambitious long-term plans, the business is now seeking an Construction Manager to join the leadership team. This is an opportunity to step into a highly influential role where you will work closely with the Directors to support operational growth, strengthen project delivery systems, and help shape the future direction of the business.

The Role
n
Working closely with the Directors and project teams, your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Overseeing operational performance across multiple commercial construction projects
n
Supporting and mentoring Project Managers, Site Managers and delivery teams
n
Driving programme, budget and quality outcomes across active projects
n




Assisting in business planning, forecasting and operational strategy
n
Implementing and improving systems, processes and delivery structures
n
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Supporting business growth and helping strengthen the company's presence in the Adelaide market
n
n
