Job Description of ServiceNow Architect in Melbourne/ Sydney:
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Analyze current technologies used and determine ways to improve the ServiceNow environment and its architecture.
n
Provide technical consultation in terms of using ServiceNow best practices for implementations and ongoing operations
n
Create technical implementation strategies from business requirements
n
Implement complex ServiceNow solutions in at least 3
applications/modules
such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SAM, HAM, ITBM, Security Operations, GRC and CSM.
n
Lead technical ServiceNow implementations, investigate complex issues and review code as required.
n
Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
n




Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor technical progress of ServiceNow implementations and
maintenance/administration
tasks
n
Design ServiceNow technical solutions and also provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions
n
Serve as a thought leader, to influence and develop scalable strategies, frameworks, and architectures
n
Collaborate with internal and external partners to steer the best decisions and drive the right business outcomes
n
Provide expert guidance for best practices related to ServiceNow administration
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Strong communication, solid presentation and writing skills
n
Certified in CAD, CSA, HRSD
n
n
Good to have CAD, CSA, HRSD certifications
