Overview

Designing and implementing SLIs/SLOs aligned to key customer journeys.
n
Solid knowledge of observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces, SLIs/SLO.
n
Integrating observability tools like Dynatrace, Elastic, and Nagios to provide deep insights into application performance and reliability.
n
Building alerting pipelines via PagerDuty to ensure timely and actionable notifications for support teams.
n
Collaborating with senior SREs and application teams to identify gaps and drive improvements in monitoring coverage and incident response.
n
ML/Anomaly detection strategies.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Design and implement SLIs/SLOs for critical customer journeys.
n
Integrate and maintain observability tools (Dynatrace, Elastic, Nagios).
n
Build and maintain alerting pipelines (PagerDuty).
n
Collaborate with senior SREs and application teams.
n




Develop ML/Anomaly detection strategies for observability.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Strong knowledge of logs, metrics, traces, SLIs/SLOs.
n
Experience with Dynatrace, Elastic, Nagios, PagerDuty, OTEL.
n
Knowledge of ITIL, Java, AWS.
n
Experience in containerised environments.
n
Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Engineering.
n
n
Work With
n
Environments: Mix of on‐prem and cloud‐hosted applications.
n
n
OTEL experience.
n
ITIL.
n
JAVA.
n
AWS Knowledge.
n
Automation/Coding.
n
Experience with containerised environments.
