The Role:
n
The Store Associates [Full-time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
n
Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
n
Providing exceptional service at shop floor,fitting rooms and checkouts.
n
Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
n
Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.
n
n
Essential Skills and Experience:
n
n
Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles preferred.
n
Ability to be approachable and comfortable talking to a range of customers.
n
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
n
Can follow detailed instructions and processes quickly.
n
The desire to achieve the best in whatever you do.
n
n




Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a versatile roster.

Working Hours:
n
This is afull-time roleand requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.
n
Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
n
Structured training and career development with promotion and pay increase every 3 months.
n
Highly competitive pay starting from $28/hour for permanent employees aged 18 and above only, plus super and weekend loading where applicable.
