THE ROLE
n




This is a diverse position that will see you supporting both the estimating and project delivery teams, giving you valuable exposure to every stage of a construction project.
n
n
Assist with preparing cost estimates, take-offs and tender submissions
n
Obtain and compare subcontractor and supplier quotations
n
Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
n
Assist with procurement, contract administration and project documentation
n
Coordinate RFIs, variations and project correspondence
n
Support Project Managers with programming, cost tracking and reporting
n
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and clients throughout project delivery
n
Assist with project handovers and ensure documentation is maintained accurately
n
n
YOU
n
n
1-3 years' experience within commercial construction in an Estimating, Contract Administration or Project Coordination role
n
Relevant Building & Construction qualification (or currently completing) preferred
n
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
n
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documentation
n
Confident communicator who enjoys working within a collaborative team
n
Ambitious, eager to learn and looking for long-term career progression within commercial construction
