Job Description
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Contract Site Supervisor to oversee a 10-week commercial office fit out project in the ACT, commencing immediately.

This is an excellent chance to join a well-established commercial fit out contractor delivering a high-quality office refurbishment. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and confidently manage site operations from start to finish.

The Role
n
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of finish.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise all day-to-day site activities
n
Coordinate subcontractors and manage site programme
n
Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification
n
Monitor quality and manage defect-free delivery
n
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and WHS inspections
n
Liaise with the client,



consultants and project team
n
Manage deliveries, site logistics and material coordination
n
Complete daily reporting and site documentation using Procore
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Previous experience supervising commercial office fit out projects
n
Strong understanding of high-end commercial finishes
n
Current Asbestos Awareness Certificate (essential)
n
Procore experience (essential)
n
White Card
n
First Aid Certificate highly regarded
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Available to start immediately
