Director - Property & Development Recruitment at Capstone

An opportunity exists for an experienced finance professional to step into a Fund Manager role within a fast-growing real estate credit business. This position sits within a high-performing team and will play a critical role in scaling fund operations and driving platform-wide efficiencies.
n
Key Focus Areas:
n
n
Fund reporting, treasury, and analytics – overseeing investor
applications/redemptions,
portfolio forecasting, and monthly performance reporting
n
Investor support – partnering closely with the distribution team to respond to investor queries, due diligence requests, and reporting needs
n
Institutional mandate execution – managing fund structures, hedging strategies, and back leverage facilities
n
Process and platform enhancement – leading initiatives around AI integration, reporting improvements, and product development
n
n
Ideal Candidate Profile:
n
You will bring a strong finance background, ideally with experience in real estate credit or direct real estate. Proven ability in financial modelling, fund operations, and stakeholder management is essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
n
