Senior Property Manager role at TalentWeb | B Corp in Sydney CBD. Our client, a leading private property group, is seeking a Property Manager to join their Sydney CBD team. This is a hands-on role managing A-Grade commercial office assets, with a strong focus on leasing, tenant engagement and retention. You'll work closely with corporate tenants, facilities teams and asset managers to ensure these premium buildings perform at the highest standard.

Base pay range

A$190,******/yr - A$200,******/yr

Responsibilities
n
n
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
n
Manage leasing, renewals, rent reviews & make valuable obligations
n
Oversee budgets, financial reporting & compliance
n




Support leasing initiatives and asset strategies
n
Conduct regular inspections to uphold A-Grade standards
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
3–5+ years' commercial property management experience (A-Grade or Premium preferred)
n
Confident in tenant-facing roles with strong negotiation skills
n
Knowledge of lease admin, arrears, and property accounting
n
Experience with Yardi (or similar)
n
