About The Role
n
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Associate to work across strategy and M&A; within our Group Strategy team at Endeavour Group, an ASX listed company.
n
You'll support the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and its business units, targeting significant sources of profitable growth and accelerating delivery beyond BAU.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform complex analysis and extract insights.
n
Develop actionable, data-driven insights to support senior decision-making.
n
Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities.
n
Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis.
n
Project manage parts of projects and/or transactions.
n
Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities.
n
Assist in structuring problems and defining action plans.
n
Influence stakeholders to deliver impactful change.
n




Support evaluation of M&A; opportunities across the Group.
n
Coordinate and compile due diligence for potential investments and manage advisors.
n
n
Qualifications & Experience
n
n
4-6 years experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a related field.
n
Ability to work and excel in a high-performing team environment.
n
Outstanding academic record and social achievements.
n
Experience managing projects or transaction processes.
n
Experience in quantitative modelling.
n
Excellent written and oral communication and robust interpersonal influence skills.
n
Consumer market and/or retail experience is an advantage.
n
Knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks.
