Salary: A$330,******‐A$400,****** (A$4 – 5 months)

Contract: Full‐time, 11‐month FTC

Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee the entire finance function, including accounting operations, payroll, HR finance, media finance and management reporting.
n
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial systems, maintain statutory compliance and manage audits and reconciliations across all entities.
n
Provide insightful analysis and reporting, including monthly P&Ls;, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts and revenue and profitability assessments.
n
Identify trends,



risks and opportunities to improve profitability, optimise resourcing and strengthen long‐term business performance.
n
Enhance finance processes, controls, governance and consistency across systems, workflows and client onboarding.
n

Qualifications
n
n
Senior finance experience in an agency, media or professional services environment.
n
Robust financial reporting, forecasting and commercial analysis skills.
n
Expert Excel skills (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, MATCH) and experience with Xero or similar systems.
n
High attention to detail with a strategic mindset.
n
Confident communicator, comfortable working hands‐on in a fast‐moving environment.
