This role would suit an experienced IT support professional or a university student currently studying Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related disciplinewho is looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.

About the Role
n
Working as part of our Administration team, you will be responsible for providing responsive day-to-day IT support while helping maintain and develop the school's ICT infrastructure.
n
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work closely with staff and students and gain experience across a broad range of technologies.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing friendly and timely IT support to staff and students.
n
Setting up, deploying and maintaining computers, laptops, iPads and other ICT devices.
n
Assisting with Microsoft 365 administration.
n
Supporting classroom technology, printers and audiovisual equipment.
n
Maintaining ICT systems, infrastructure and network operations.
n
Assisting with technology improvement projects.
n
Helping ensure ICT systems remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
n

Current enrolment in, or completion of, a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security or a related field.

Sound technical knowledge and an enthusiasm for learning current technologies.
n
Experience providing IT support through employment, university placements, volunteer work or personal projects will be highly regarded.
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

The ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
