This role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.

We are an IT Consultancy with a primary focus on innovation engineering across Cyber Security, CloudOps and Software Testing. Our tailored IT solutions allow organisations to optimise productivity, reduce costs and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
n
n
Building relationships with application and cloud infrastructure engineers; identifying monitoring and observability gaps and building solutions.
n
Providing subject matter expertise to
Application/Infrastructure/DevOps
teams to develop dashboards and alerts to achieve observability and monitoring business goals
n
Coaching junior observability & monitoring engineers to mature their ability to self-service implement monitoring and observability capabilities for their platforms
n
Maintain OnPrem and Cloud Monitoring solutions such as installation, patching,



and lifecycle management.
n
Work with Operations Leadership to advance our strategy, produce metrics and report on forecasted demand, capacity, and overall system health for On-Prem and Cloud Monitoring Solutions.
n
Leading the implementation of changes into production setting following change control methodology.
n

About You
n
n
Ideally 5+ years' experience across observability and monitoring engineering.
n
Hands-on skills across a broad range of software, automation & monitoring tools.
n
Some knowledge and/or experience with Dynatrace would be advantageous (not essential).
n
