My client is a leading FMCG organisation looking for an Engineering Manager. The exciting opportunity has become available to oversee all engineering activities in a bid to enhance plant operation and performance whilst managing a large, multi-million dollar capital pipeline.

This role is based in Sydney.

The Role
n
Reporting into the Factory Manager, the responsibilities of the role includes:
n
n
Ensuring the strategic alignment of all engineering functions and the wider business strategy
n
Providing a framework for the management of the capital pipeline for the site to meet the business's investment strategy
n
Delivering upon Asset Intensity requirements
n
Demonstrating a high-level of leadership and management skills to promote Continuous Excellence implementation and manage key stakeholders within the business.
n
n
Your Background
n
In order to be successful in this role, you will be:
n
n
Tertiary qualified Electrical Engineer
n




8+ years experience executing capital projects across a manufacturing facility, ideally a brownfield production environment
n
A history of delivering results within a large manufacturing site or several smaller sites.
n
Must come from a food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical or similar regulated environments
n
A combination of hands‐on and strategic experience
n
Robust internal and external stakeholder management skills
n
Experience within a unionized environment will be highly advantageous
n
n
